The Nature House project is far beyond being a comfortable housing project, it is a Global Climate Change Project that has succeeded in meeting the qualified criteria in detail.

  The story of our project is based on our customer's desire for a comfortable home in a modern minimalist line. Considering the constantly and irregularly increasing construction costs and the pandemic environment we live in, what got us excited about the Passive House model that we presented to the customer at the preliminary design stage was not the project acceptance process, but the acceptance of the responsibility for nature, our world and our future.

  After 2016, the hottest year in the world, almost all of the steps taken on behalf of Global Climate Change have not been accepted by the societies. However, with the disasters of 2021 we experienced, the effects of climate change made us feel very painful.

  The rapidly developing population and the increasing urbanization caused the increase of Co2 gas and greenhouse gases affecting the world.

  In the architectural approach, now in buildings; we need to add the nature manifesto to the robustness, usefulness and aesthetic constructs.

  While the number of passive house projects has reached more than 50 thousand in Europe, there are only 2 buildings that have been able to obtain documents in this area in our country, and these buildings have been modified by the transformation of existing buildings.

  In this area, THE NATURE HOUSE project is the FIRST passive house of Turkey, which was built from scratch.
