Our Logistics Center Facility project, which we started in the last quarter of 2021.
The project started with the planning on a 3200 m2 land purchased in Altınova Region, which was allocated as the Transfer Zone in Antalya City Development Planning, upon the request of Aktepe Ambalaj A.Ş., one of the leading companies in the production and sales of storage and packaging products.
In the new world order that started with Covid-19, the ongoing socio-economic problems and the rupture between production and logistics, as well as the high inflation experienced in the world, the need to store production has become extremely important. The share of the conversion of shelf and volumetric areas needed by large-scale companies operating in the food sector into investments in the construction sector reached 27.8 percent in 2020-2021 in Antalya.
Our aim in the Aktepe Warehouse Provincial Project is to create an effect that will prevent unzoned and distorted warehouse construction in the region with a modern and innovative facade design.
The project, in terms of its details and general setup, is a precast prefabricated mass with a basement floor consisting of a total closed area of 4600 m2 and a volume of 33.000 m3, the main carrier system of which was formed by pre-tensioning techniques.
Consisting of 56 columns with a length of 16,45 m to be placed in the excavation area of 20,000 m3, and the weight of only the columns is 320 TN. In this project, the total building load is approximately 1795 TN.
In this project, where Solar Energy System Panels (GES) were designed with the capacity to feed the mechanical cells in the working offices and storage area on the roof surface, it was also tried to create an ecological industrial facility that does not pollute the nature with a biological treatment system setup without the need for a sewer connection.
In addition to the design effect created on the façade and its contribution to the visual, the main purpose is to take advantage of the turbulence effect created by the air gaps by means of the perforated metal mesh panels, away from the classical warehouse designs and to blow the northerly winds that will affect the façade, upwards by disrupting the fluidity of the air.
